MEDITATION
DIFFERENT DIMENSION ACRES is a great place to meditate as it offers fabulous sceneries, and fresh air with a scent of pine and cedar, located in the largest Pinion Pine Forest in the world.
MEDITATION is an excellent way to get in touch with our inner world, offering health benefits along with aligning our body, mind and soul as one. It is known to raise our vibration and access to higher perspectives.
ACTIVE MEDITATIONS are meditations that take place automatically and naturally while driving, gardening, working, or during an activity. They are not planned. Some consider these to be channeling or receiving a download from spirit.
QUIET MEDIATIONS are planned, in a quiet place either in nature or in a place inside that feels good and at a time we will not be disturbed, stating our intent as we ask or think of a question, we are seeking an answer to. This is usually done in a seated position or laying down.
WALKING MEDITATIONS are a wonderful way to move energy through the body, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the scenery while listening to the sounds of nature. A walking meditation awakens more of our senses.
